Sitting down to share great food and great conversation with family, drinking red wine with friends, enjoying the simple pleasures of quality time with the people in life who matter most. Those were the things our father, Tim Galluzzo, loved best. So when he opened Salvatore G’s in Cabo San Lucas in 2004, those were the values that defined the restaurant.
Of course, being a proud man of Italian heritage, the culinary aspect was always front and center. The Galluzzo family has been in the food business for a very long time, and thus our menu – then and now – contains many heirloom recipes that have been passed down for generations.
But it takes more than just great food to make a memorable meal, and Tim Galluzzo understood that to a degree very few ever do. So we’re proud to honor him and his amazing life by continuing to nourish the same family-friendly values upon which this restaurant was founded.
